JAHBORNE TAKES ON MAGA NO NEED PAY PART 2

April 17th, 20102010-04-17T14:24:12ZF jS, Y | By mixmasterbrown

Jahborne is one artist i never thought would walk this route, well i guess i thought wrong.
Jahborne takes personal jabs at the artists who featured on the song “Maga No Need Pay”, from accusing them of misplaced priorities (people dey die for jos you dey sing about cybercrime) to accusing Cobhams Asuquo with some financial discrepancies (you got paid a milli for the deali …now you offer peanuts to people $200), i would say he went a little too far by insulting their families, in the line (Banky na maga, Cobhams na maga, the rest of them na fools and all of una fada).

(Blaise murder you, say your bars no follow, shut your blood clot mouth, bumboclaat homo.) Who was he referring to? I wonder.
This is really gonna cause some stare in the Nigerian music industry…..
This is a second attempt by Jahborne to drive in his point that people are being forced into cybercrime due to issues like bad Government, etc

PS. Did i fail to mention that this started from Naija’s Kelly Hansome “Maga Don Pay”. His name always wriggles its way into the news somehow.

At the back of his recent album release in stores nationwide and on all online stores, Jahborne comes out with another energetic effort titled HANLELE (FOLLOW ME). The name Jahborne is not new in the game, an artiste who has extensively worked behind and in front of the music scene in Nigeria, with major chart success and collaborations with a number of heavy hitting talents in Nigeria. With a resume which includes production, film and music, and credits in Nolywood productions as well as being a Director of his own production house, Jahborne has done it all and well. Follow me is a track that was inspired by his recent transition in the game since his certified hit “Egba Mi” ft W4. On this self produced effort, he brings melodies and rhymes to a largely over saturated music form and manages to keep it flowing and head bobing through the track. With lines like “ my levels don change, money I dey make dey shower like rain, if you know me before you no go know me again” He acknowledges this fact while still staying through to the fact that he remains “That boy from Isolo” A video has been shot on location at Iroko Bar in South West London , edited and will be an exclusive release on TV and all online platforms by the end of January 2010. “its more than urban Music!!!!!”
